We all find our wellness in our own way at our own time. Today our world is at a crossroads of allopathic vs. homeopathic approaches to our wellness. I say the best approach is the one that you discover on your own with the resources that fit your needs. This is why I am committed above all else to educating my clients so they can find that best approach. Plus – this learning is fun!
Holistic is the buzzword in wellness – but what does it really mean?
My take on holistic wellness is that you should first and foremost know your own self. That means body, mind and spirit. That knowledge will allow you to understand any imbalances, and then easily know the best route to returning balance.
I compare holistic health to spokes on a wheel. Each “spoke” or modality has its role – pick the ones that work for you and create your own wheel!
